Season Preview, Part X – NHL Draftees By Team

The WCHA Blog’s season preview wraps up today by listing out each WCHA team’s players whose rights are held by NHL teams. Some schools have players that have either signed letters of intent or verbally committed to play for that school, but regardless, they will not play for that specific school this year.

So, the first number you’ll see to the right of the school’s name is the number of players who have been drafted by an NHL team that are slated to enroll at that school this year. The number in parenthesis, if any, is the number of committed players (letter of intent or verbal) that are schedule to enroll in 2008 or beyond.
