NHL Central Scouting "Players to Watch"

The NHL Central Scouting Bureau released their 2008 lists of "Players to Watch" for the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. The Gopher Puck Blog did a good job of explaining things, and they list out all kids with Minnesota and WCHA ties.
