Tech picks up a recruit for 2008

According to Chris Heisenberg's recruiting website, Michigan Tech has added former Blaine High School defenseman Ricky Doriott to its class of 2008. Doriott, who is listed at 6'5", 205 lbs., played last season with Wichita Falls in the NAHL. He scored five goals and added 12 assists in a total of 48 games, while registering 123 penalty minutes.

According to Heisenberg, he will play with Sioux City in the USHL this year before joining the Huskies in 2008. Doriott will turn 20-years-old this October.
