UND's Grieco leaves team for OHL

North Dakota sophomore netminder Anthony Grieco has left the team for the OHL, according to a thread on SiouxSports.com. Grieco played in eight games last season during his freshman season, going 3-2-1 with a .884 save percentage and a 3.49 goals against average. He had yet to see time in a regular season game this year, as senior Jean-Philippe Lamoureux has been fantastic for UND.

Junior Aaron Walski will now serve as the primary backup to JPL. UND brings it highly regarded AJHL netminder Brad Eidsness next fall, and will likley bring in another goalie either at some point this season or as a freshman next fall.
